- Advising numerous Indonesian companies as well as domestic and joint venture securities companies in relation to initial public offerings, secondary offerings, private placements, tender offers and dual offerings by Indonesian companies;
- Advising foreign creditors in relation to the debt restructuring of Indonesian companies, as well as advising numerous Indonesian companies in relation to corporate and debt restructuring;
- Advising numerous foreign investors in relation to the share or asset acquisitions of Indonesian companies as well as advising Indonesian companies in relation to mergers and acquisitions;
- Advising numerous syndicates of domestic or offshore lenders in relation to the loan facilities granted to Indonesian companies; and
- Advising on numerous foreign investment projects, such as establishing joint ventures and other investment structures in a variety of industrial and service sectors.
