Practice Description

Alfarizy is a law graduate with an active background in academic research, competitions, and organizational involvement during his studies. He is currently serving as an Associate Trainee at Ery Yunasri & Partners, specializing in the fields of Merger & Acquisition and Banking & Finance. His work includes:

• Assisting in the mergers and acquisitions process; 
• Supporting the legal aspects of share and debenture sales; 
• Participating in the company liquidation process; 
• Drafting circular resolutions for Annual General Meetings of Shareholders (AGMS) and Extraordinary General Meetings of Shareholders (EGMS); 
• Providing assistance on the legal aspects of bancassurance agreement transactions; 
• Assisting in the resolution of inter-company receivables.
