Meidita is a Law graduate in the field of economic law at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, who was involved in various college organization and did internship during her academic study. - Conducting legal due diligence on Non-Performing Loan;
- Conducting legal due diligence on limited liability companies for the purpose of company acquisition;
- Assisting in corporate secretarial work and documentation;
- Assisting in restructuration of companies and its subsidiaries;
- Assisting in the mergers and acquisition process;

- Drafting and providing circular resolution on Annual General Meeting of Shareholder (AGMS) and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholder (EGMS), the approval of the Board of Directors and Commissioners, register of shareholders and special register, as well as preparing decisions or other letters that related to the companies;
- Monitoring license and legal documents of the company, as well as maintaining corporate licenses and permits of the company;
- Drafting demand letter to companies and reviewing documents related invoice, letter, billing and payment transactions of shipping services of companies;
- Providing legal advice on issues related to company law and licensing rules in various fields of business.
A summary of her experiences in Capital Market work includes:
- Conducting legal due diligence on limited liability companies for the purpose of initial public offering (IPO).
- Conducting legal due diligence on limited liability companies and/or public companies for the purpose of various proposed transaction.
- Providing legal advice on issues related to regulatory issues of the capital market.
