• Drafting and reviewing corporate contracts, agreements, and legal memorandum under the guidance of senior associates.
• Conducting legal due diligence on sustainable public offering bonds, direct/indirect acquisitions, and non-performing loan transactions.
• Conducting legal research on corporate law issues, regulatory developments, and new legal precedents that affect business transactions and corporate operations.
• Drafting and providing circular resolution on Annual General Meeting of Shareholder (AGMS) and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholder (EGMS), the approval of the Board of Directors and Commissioners.
