Practice Description

Rahmadhani Nur Widianto is an Associate Trainee at Ery Yunasri & Partners. He was a research assistant for Islamic law and Adat law and has handled corporate liquidation cases. 

His experience includes:

• Gathering and collecting data from research partners and subjects that have worked together.
• Conducting research in Malang to gain a deeper understanding of the lives and challenges faced by Indonesian migrant workers.
• Conducting community service in Depok to provide training for Baitul Mal Wattamwil (BMT) in drafting Sharia contracts.
• Conducting research on legal risks and Sharia risks related to Sharia-compliant peer-to-peer financing fintech in Indonesia.
• Working to review insurance company liquidation data by matching physical and digital records, including agreement documents and insurance policyholder contracts.
