Practice Description

Revaganesya is a Law graduate who was involved in organization, competition and internship during her academic study. She is currently an Associate Trainee at Ery Yunasri and Partners mostly handling Corporate Commercial, Regulatory Compliance, and Mining and Energy practice area. A summary of her experience appears below:

  • Assisting in the mergers and acquisition process;
  • Assisting in restructuring companies and its subsidiaries;
  • Conducting on legal due diligence for a company acquisition and Non-Performing Loan;
  • Drafting agreements for companies in accordance with their business activities;
  • Drafting and providing circular resolution on Annual General Meeting of Shareholder (AGMS) and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholder (EGMS), the approval of the Board of Directors and Commissioners, register of shareholders and special register, as well as preparing decisions or other letters that related to the companies;
  • Providing legal advice on issues related to foreign and domestic investment law, company law, and licensing rules in various fields of business;
  • Reviewing contracts and legal documents to ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal regulations in the mining and energy sectors;
  • Conducting sustainable Public Offering Bonds.
