Practice Description

Ahmad is a law graduate with an active background in academic research and competitions. He is currently serving as of counsel at Ery Yunasri & Partners, specializing in the fields of Merger & Acquisition, Oil and Gas, Mining and Mineral and Acquisitions transaction and Renewable. His work includes:

1. Advising on the mergers and acquisitions transaction; 
2. Advising on the legal aspects of share and debenture sales; 
3. Advising on the legal aspects of bancassurance agreement transactions; 
4. Advising on the restructuring of the company’s non performing loan;
5. Conducted an analysis on Renewable Energy in Indonesia related to green financing mechanism, ESG, and investment opportunities assisting the company in making informed decision on their marketing strategies;
6. Conducted evaluations for various clients on the Carbon Credit market in Indonesia, financing, establishment, regulations and verification framework.
