- Advising numerous Indonesian companies in relation to initial public offerings, secondary offerings, bond offerings, shelf registration and dual offerings by Indonesian companies.
- Assisting clients in preparing prospectus.
- Conducting legal due diligence
- Reviewing transaction documents related to corporate action i.e. initial public offering, right issue and acquisition of public company, under the capital market transaction, such as prospectus, info memo, underwriting agreement, shares sale and purchase agreement, shares/bonds subscription agreement, shares/bond administration agreement, and trusteeship agreement.
- Attending meetings and discussions with other professionals who are involved in the capital market projects, including, financial advisor, notary, auditor and appraiser in relation to the capital market projects
- Preparing, drafting and/or reviewing legal memorandum and legal opinion
- Providing legal advice on corporate matters and capital market
- Performing other necessary actions in relation to the capital market projects
