Practice Description

Santo has been working in these specialized fields for more than 20 years.  A summary of his experience appears below:

• Advising numerous Indonesian public companies, as well as domestic and joint venture securities companies in relation to the initial public offerings, secondary offerings, bond offering, private placements, tender offers and dual offerings under the capital market framework;
• Advising numerous Indonesian companies for the bank financing and other private debt financing;
• Advising numerous domestic/foreign banks and creditors the bank financing and other private debt financing for the Indonesian companies;
• Advising numerous Indonesian companies, domestic/foreign banks and creditors in relation to the debt restructuring in Indonesia,
• Advising numerous foreign investors in relation to the share or asset acquisitions or disposal of Indonesian companies;
• Advising numerous Indonesian companies in relation to mergers and acquisitions for the purpose of non-organic growth;
• Advising numerous Indonesian companies in relation to corporate restructuring; and
• Advising numerous foreign investments project, such as establishing joint ventures and other investment structures in a variety of industrial and service sectors.
